Hi Deborah,

Like Naharin, Miller uses a range of music, and her choreography is startlingly "in your face" and honest, which reminds me of Batsheva's "Telophaza" and "Three". The dancers of Gallim certainly broke down the fourth wall and weren't afraid of looking the audience in the eye. And their movement was so sensual and self-aware that it certainly stemmed from Miller's experience with Gaga.

I wrote about Miller's "I Can See Myself in Your Pupil" here: http://dancingperfectlyfree.com/2009/01/13/gallim-dance-i-can-see-myself-in-your-pupil/
This piece followed Naharin's format for "Decadance", with a compilation of excerpts from a variety of pieces. It was seamless and really enjoyable, but felt a little too similar to Naharin's work.

I hope you have an opportunity to see "Blush" soon!
